SALON  INFORMATION

• Cancellation Policy- Please give as much notice as you can if you are unable to attend your appointment so that we can offer it to someone else if less than 24 hours notice is given we regret that we will need to charge you.

• Payment Policy-All major credit and debit cards are accepted except American Express plus cash.

• Any courses are to be paid in full at the time of booking

• Early Booking is recommended to ensure you get the day and time to suit you.

• Online Bookings are available with a small booking fee

• Parking is available in the car park directly behind the salon. Minimum fee for up to an hour is £3.00 and £4.00 for up to 2 hours £6.00 for up to 4 hours. There is on street payable parking on Wyle Cop, maximum 1 hour and two carparks within 5 minutes walk. St Julians and Wyle Cop NCP

• Children-Sadly we are unable to have children in the treatment room during your treatment.

• Client Care-We always complete a client record card prior to your treatment but when you book please inform us if you are pregnant or have any other condition or allergy which may affect your treatment.

• Noise and Smoking in the salon- We are a smoke free and mobile phone free zone for the benefit of all of our clients.
